1 czerwca 2004 roku, w Pałacu Poznańskiego miały miejsce drugie już
z kolei warsztaty naukowe Centrum Doskonałości. Były one poświęcone komórkom
śródbłonka i angiogenezie. W warsztatach uczestniczyło ponad 70 osób,
w tym wielu profesorów i przedstawicieli młodego pokolenia naukowców
z całej Polski.
